Registration Information:

• Registration per team is $425.00
• $25.00 discount for each additional team for teams entering more than one team
• Registration forms and team roster is due by FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2008
• Please note that team participation in the tournament is based on a first come first serve basis.   Your team's spot in the tournament is "confirmed" once payment is received in "full"
